- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They left my Dad in limbo for 2 weeks after a hospitalization and then decided they would not see him because he would be considered a new patient although he had seen the doctor every year or so for 12 years. Every day I called for an appointment I was told "we have to check with the doctor because he is booked" After 2 weeks of trying to get scheduled I was finally told they wouldn't take him as they are not seeing "new" patients. They should have been honest up front. I would not trust this poor office management with no loyalty to patients.August 02, 2017by kristy morales
